THEN...
We are a family company whose
beginnings date back to 1958, when Julio Raúl Nico Elliff partnered with
Sara Chine Ramos Elliff de Carranza, giving birth to the real estate firm in
Pinamar “Carranza-Elliff”, which -without the company of Chine- became
Elliff Propiedades in the late 1960s. It was only 15 years after the
foundation of Pinamar, and the rentals and sales of chalets were
administered from “Sunset”, in the golf area, which contributed to the fact
that most of the properties that we work with are situated in this
traditional and beautiful area, due to its charm, its great location and
mainly its people, who have been living in Pinamar for many years and
identify with the spirit with which the city was created.
NOWADAYS...
Many years have gone by, with long summer seasons during which Pinamar`s
usual visitors were characterised by thier distinction, education,
simplicity and loyalty. We thank this last feature in particular and we
reciprocate. We are recognised for our reliability, responsibility and our
vast experinece in the real estate business. We believe that all these
values should be taken into account wehn making any kind of real estate
